Do I need an account to order?

You can browse and add items to your cart without an account. To place an order you need to log in or create a free account, so you can track your order under My Orders.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (or pay at the shop for pickup orders), and eSewa or mobile banking by scanning our QR code and uploading a screenshot of your payment.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for orders of Rs 3,000 or more. For smaller orders the delivery charge is Rs 150.

Can I pick up my order from the shop?

Yes. Choose "Pick up at Shop", or "Kerbside pickup" if you would like us to bring your order out to your vehicle.

How do I order power glasses?

Order the frame you like online. Bring or send us your prescription, and we will fit the lenses at our shop. You can also get a free eye check-up at the shop.

How can I track my order?

Log in and open My Orders to see the latest status of each order.
