7-day exchange

Unused products in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Not returnable

Contact lenses, lens solutions, and power glasses made with your prescription cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it.

Refunds

Approved refunds for eSewa or mobile banking payments are sent back to the same account. Cash on Delivery refunds are paid in cash at the shop or by bank transfer.
